Thank you for your interest in fundraising for the Africa Yoga Project organization! It is with your support and the contributions of your community that we are able to bring the transformative power of yoga to the heart of Kenya.

We will gladly help support you and promote your event on our website and through social media avenues. Email us at for more information

Donation-Based Yoga Classes and Workshops

A donation-based yoga class, or “karma class,” can be offered as a one-time event or on an ongoing basis. If your studio already has a donation-based class on the schedule you can promote one or several of them as benefiting AYP programs. You can offer the class in the style of yoga practiced at your studio or differentiate it by giving it a theme, such as ‘108 Sun Salutations for Africa Yoga Project Programs.' Coming together to benefit a cause will empower your community!

Yoga Jam Events

The Yoga Jam Events were developed for AYP Ambassadors as a means to raise funds as well as bring awareness to their communities about AYP. Each event is created and hosted by the ambassador with promotion and marketing tools provided for you.

These events are a simple way to elevate spirit, cultivate community and generate abundance within your community and across the globe. The format of your event can include live music, a DJ, multiple teachers and draw prizes. They can be run monthly to gain momentum in your community or a few times a year.

To find out more or to start your Yoga Jam Event, please visit Yoga Jam Events page on Facebook, or email

Fundraising Events

An Africa Yoga Project Fundraising Event has limitless potential for fun and success! Depending on the space, an event can take the shape of a performance, dance, dinner, concert, or movie. This can be a great way to spotlight the talent in and around your community.

Have a big reach!

Ryan Leier of One Yoga reaches out BIG at a Yoga Jam Event in Whistler BC Canada. His genuine love of sharing yoga comes out powerfully at this packed event raising funds for Africa Yoga Project. Ryan embodies what AYP is all about and his contribution is appreciated!
