I am Joyce Wangare, now talk about the AYP community class.

Today's class was beautiful, exciting and entertaining. The teacher Billy, instructed us to find an intention for ourselves. Mine was to lose fat on my belly! This has been my intention in classes prior to this and will remain until I decide otherwise. There is progress for sure and I am not stopping  now!

I invite everyone, especially Kenyans. We need a healthy nation. We have a bright future that will only thrive from the good health of its people. I had fun in class today and will definitely be back. What is your intention? Mine is to loose fat on my belly!!

Yes meditation and yoga can help you focus and diipiclsne your mind and soul. However, there are proper techniques that you should learn. Either you can join classes in order to get a proper professional lesson or else if you want to learn by yourself then try to buy DVDs- for beginners (there are several in the market). Simple ways to do yoga involves breathing and concentration. I can’t explain the postures because it is better for you to have visuals. So I suggest you look for books or DVDs or even websites that gives you a thorough direction on both yoga and meditation. Good luck:)
