At Africa Yoga Project we truly believe that yoga is for everyone, old or young, fit or not, yoga is for you! But this isn't limited to practicing yoga, we also have trained deaf and blind yoga instructors who can not only earn a living wage teaching yoga (and some even partner it with sign language instruction, but are a true inspiration to many more people living with disabilities. As Chris says, disability is not inability!
