Your journey through the AYP Academy starts with your 200 hour yoga teacher training. Upon completion of this training, you will be ready to teach an "Outreach" class in your community. "On the mat" yoga trainings are ongoing through the entire AYP Academy program where you will continue to build your skills and confidence as a yoga instructor. This may also include opportunities for additional yoga certifications both in Kenya and abroad. The AYP Program includes a minimum of 1200 hours of "on the mat" learning and yoga instruction.
