At YO BK, we are all about having fun while challenging ourselves. We offer 3 very different modalities: Baptiste Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. Our classes work we are there together, sweating and laughing. We encourage, inspire and hold each other accountable. We are a true community in a big, crazy city and are thrilled to expand our community as Global2Local Studio Partners with Africa Yoga Project.
