LUCAS WANDUKWA

I was introduced to yoga in the year 2013. I attended a series of classes that sparked my interest in yoga. Overtime, I developed a serious relationship with my yoga practice, one that continues to this day. I completed my 200hr teacher training with the Africa Yoga Project. Through this journey, I developed my teaching, personal practice, leadership skills, personal inquiry, and overall growth. I have experience and certifications in teaching Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Art of Assisting, Kid’s Yoga, and Yoga for those with Special Needs. I have been teaching for the past three years and aim to have my students leave my classes feeling balanced, calm, and open to new possibilities.

Africa Yoga Project Educates, Empowers, Elevates and Expands Employability with youth in Africa using the transformational practice of yoga. Our vision is to create opportunities for youth to step into their greatness and become self-sustaining leaders in their communities.
